Unfortunately, this is $600 more expensive than the last deal for the exact same machine.

Just FYI for those interested, this is a clearance price from Lenovo so likely will not get any lower than current.

I'd say it's too much fiddling with the price to say it was $1245 which is I why appreciate you making the price $1608 for the post.

Thanks for your comment. Just note last deal was Ebay...not NEW from Lenovo...personally I would rather buy it brand new from the manufacture with full warranty for $1245

This sounds like a ridiculous product. I don't know anything besides a few games that you can do on Android that you can not do on windows. I just don't understand the point of having two OS with two sets of separate hardware? Is it shared RAM and hard drive?
I love the ease of using a laptop but at the end of the day I just want to lie down in bed with my tablet. And when I say lie down with my tablet I mean my 9.06" tablet or my 8.4" tablet. And when say use my laptop, it is with a 17.3" screen or with multiple screens.

This is one crazy OS laptop/tablet. I'd be more for android/windows though.

This not for everyone. Your use case is you use one device at a time. That's not what this is for. It's for those of us who use both of them very often. Not necessarily simultaneously but close to the same time. For years I needed a device like this one, why because I work on windows for my work. But needs Android for my apps. And then I'm very mobile. Always out. One device with both simplifies my life. No need to carry two devices when I'm out which is every day or travel. I've tried other solutions; dual booting is not elegant at all as you have to log in and out. The closest was Android Sub-system on Windows. But that was killed. Emulators are not secured, outdated and also not good performance. One device for both, same great screen, same charging ports...this is what I was looking for. Minimum 14 inches. Price tag was the killer. Until now. Also, I can use the base for AR glasses or monitor if I need bigger screen.

I don't understand what app you need for Android that Windows can not handle? I personally embraced Android and Microsoft. I use Android because I can not find a decent tablet that runs Windows... I like sub 9" tablets that I can use in bed.

But I don't know of anything I can do on Android that I can not do on Windows. And I know a lot of things on Windows that you can never do on Android.
I think the screen is GOOD. but way way too big as a tablet. And having double hardware to me is a joke.

My advice is to buy the Redmagic Astra Gaming Tablet which is 9.06" and has a better screen. AND then buy yourself that laptop that you wanted.
Astra Gaming Tablet Cost is about $530 (should find a $20 coupon easy) and they did not charge me tax. This is one of the fastest Android tablets in the world... nothing bad can be said about it except... no micro SD slot, no SIM slot, no 3.5mm headphone jack. And the CPU on the Redmagic is three generations newer then this laptop deal.
NOW you have a little over $1000 to spend on a laptop.

As said before to each person, their use case: I can't work on a 9 inches tablet. I don't need faster, newer, just something that works from. I'm not a gamer. As for windows. Yes, windows can do almost anything you can on Android. but not the same way. There are millions of app on Android, and which are not available on windows. Yes, there may be similar apps, web apps, or just browser but that's not the same thing. Since you asked. I have specifically my bible apps which I can't anything decent for on Windows: Mysword (not on IOS or Windows), Dwell (not on Windows) and nothing come close to them. Double hardware that's what avoids pitfall like emulations and performance issues. Native OS, native environments: waited for something like this for a while and been waiting on the price to come down. No more unsecured android emulators on Windows, dual booting, virtual machines or now unsupported android subsystem on windows.
