Some reviews say it has wheels, some not. Anyone set it up yet? Seems like it *might* be moveable in the foldup position. I can almost make out tiny possible wheels on the base. Those wheels might be substandard, but they might provide a mount point to better upgrade. Being able to move this boat anchor would be a plus.
