This changed in April. Now you need to have purchased 60 days or more of service. 30 won't cut it anymore. Also I don't believe there's a $10 option anymore for activating a new device. Their plans start at 15 for the first month then 10 afterwards for autopay.

Free shipping if you are logged into your BestBuy account. I bought it to use without a plan as a WiFi phone. That worked with a Motorola Tracfone so I think it should work for this as well.

The processor is snapdragon 4 gen 1, about same power as snapdragon 845, a late 2017 processor on 2018 non-flagship phones such as xiaomi mi-8, or samsung s9 sold in latin america.

why would it be hard to unlock? All you have to do is meet TW unlock requirements which means activating with purchased service for 60 days - it's no different than any other TW phone.
