Is the 43" size actually feasible for a single monitor gaming PC setup?

Depends on the game. Some like RTS really benefit from the 4k resolution and not having to scale, however esports FPS are not nearly as enjoyable as you need to move your head to see the corners. Just my $0.02. For reference, I have both a 43"4k and 32" 1440p for esports. The 43" is amazing for productivity though.

VA panel and no Displayport. It does feature USB C for PD, which is ideal for productivity, but certainly not gaming. But an IPS panel is especially better for productivity. How they designed and marketed it makes no sense.

It's pretty big, have to move it back. I tried one out and settled on a curved monitor instead. Also it's 60hz where 120+ is ideal for a gaming monitor. Still a nice deal and I'm considering it for a side monitor (currently have a 27" in portrait mode on the side)

For productivity its amazing, essentially quad 22in 1080p displays. for gaming its good but a lot of pixels to drive for 4k. This is not a good gaming monitor though.
