Probably an obvious answer but I found mixed answers online. If I have a subscription to a service like Spotify or Apple Music that is paid through my Google Play account, could a gift card like this be loaded and used? Or is this only for one-off purchases?
38% of the reviews are one star with many saying they can't get the code to work. This is too many people saying that so I'll pass for anybody who cares.

I believe it can. I use these deals to load to my Google Play account balance which is then used to pay my monthly Google One and You Tube Premium subscriptions. If other subscription services are already taking funds from your Google Play account balance, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

All 5 cards showed a balance, but when you tried to redeem them, it say it needs more information and won't let you add to account.
Amazon said I have to contact Google because the cards were sold Google and they show codes were fine on their end.
Google said the retailer sold me bad codes.
