Belkin is generally a quality brand but a 20K battery with only 20W output I don't want. At this size it needs to be able to charge a laptop. And that's hugely convenient to have.
Great if you are looking for a relatively low-cost, non-generic power bank that can power 3x mobile devices (not laptops). Where it lacks in single port max output (20W) for fast charging, it shines in evenly distributed output when used by multiple devices (3x 15W) on long travel legs without an outlet.
Note that this has low max output AND input, so it will take ~8 hours to charge, which may not work well if you have limited access to an outlet during your downtime. (cross-country bus tour overseas comes to mind -- arrive at hotel by midnight, get up by 5am = not fully charged)
If you want high wattage charging for laptops + quick charge of the battery itself, it's possible, but that's a $100+ solution.
