I've been waiting for this calendar to go back on sale, and it looks like it did (just through tomorrow 8/2) so if you're interested, hurry! Been wanting a nice way to have the family schedule easily accessible. Also available in-warehouse at same price.

I'm interested in this but the subscription fee is infuriating. Why does every children's product need a subscription now?

in the age everyone has cell phones in their pockets they're still looking to throw a cheap Chinese monitor on the wall to see something they have in their pocket. subscription fees and slightly higher electric bills due to the monitor make this a very strange thing to get excited about.

Subscription only is for the photo service I believe but the calendar piece (primary function) doesn't require it. That being said since this is from Costco I think it comes with 6 or 12 months of service included.

It might not be 15" in size but just use an old tablet or buy a cheap one and use a calendar app. Heck you can even create a screen with widgets, that will show calendar, weather, clock, news etc....

This does not have a battery that may bubble up and catch fire.

I'd stay away with any of these with subscriptions since you'd be locked in for any future increases (what Nest did) that will easily erase any promotions from the hardware.

Don't forget instant ewaste when the company stops supporting this particular model.

You could argue it's ewaste today, given the ultra-limited functionality of it. If a device isn't long-lasting (read: decades of use)....or if it is a single tasker, then it's ewaste by design.

A subscription? For a calendar? Get real.

All this digital newfangled nonsense is just another way to extract your hard-earned dollars from your wallet.

Single-use ewaste digital wall calendars. Phones that track everything you do & everywhere you go, only to sell that data to the highest bidder.

Pen and paper never went away. You want fancy? Get a Uniball quick-dry pen + a MoleSkin/At-A-Glance planner. You want simple and cheap? Grab the cheapest Bic ballpoint + 8.5x11 sheet of paper with a printout of a calendar on it. It's entirely unhackable, unleakable, zero subscription, 100% private, no EULA, no forced arbitration.

Nice deal. Overall, this is my favorite calendar for coordinating amongst our family. The subscription isn't necessary so you don't need to worry about that part. Yes a paper calendar is still hard to beat, but it doesn't always cut it with parents and kids all on the go

Nobody asked for this product lol it's hilarious how people are buying this only because it's on sale. Peak consumerism and nothing but e-waste.
