I've been waiting for this calendar to go back on sale, and it looks like it did (just through tomorrow 8/2) so if you're interested, hurry! Been wanting a nice way to have the family schedule easily accessible. Also available in-warehouse at same price.

I'm interested in this but the subscription fee is infuriating. Why does every children's product need a subscription now?

in the age everyone has cell phones in their pockets they're still looking to throw a cheap Chinese monitor on the wall to see something they have in their pocket. subscription fees and slightly higher electric bills due to the monitor make this a very strange thing to get excited about.

Subscription only is for the photo service I believe but the calendar piece (primary function) doesn't require it. That being said since this is from Costco I think it comes with 6 or 12 months of service included.

It might not be 15" in size but just use an old tablet or buy a cheap one and use a calendar app. Heck you can even create a screen with widgets, that will show calendar, weather, clock, news etc....

This does not have a battery that may bubble up and catch fire.
