I'm fighting a PLA now that I had in AZ before I moved. it had been sitting in a storage trailer awaiting a cross country move in my driveway. Outside temp was 117F. I imagine inside the storage container was around 130F. The filament keeps breaking. I can't blame the temp specifically, but it was a PLA working fine before that.

Have you dried it out for 6-10 hours? Sounds like it might be filament with 80% humidity!
