Are you the AliExpress store he is complaining about?
I think there are 5 Sofirn sellers on AI. I've purchased from 3 of them, and have not had any problems. Same with the Acebeam, Convoy, and Wurkkos sellers.
IMO, a store's user ratings are pretty accurate. The only issue I've had on AI so far was for cheap dollar store stuff, and had I paid attention to the ratings back then, I would have shopped elsewhere.
What you describe as scam is exactly how most all retailers work. When I ship an Ebay item a notice is generated that a label is created yet the item still has to be got to the shipper. I have an inbox of just such notices form hundreds of different retailer mostly American companies.
You do not understand logistics and try to tell us something is wrong when it is how the vast majority of the system works. You spin and BS to much to be a trustworthy. You are in fact unethical and are trying to pull a scam here as you fearmonger and try to confuse and and exaggerate using words. I do not need the hear the drama you make up and the bad and false conclusions you make from that myth of yours as I can see the reality of the world and it is not what you say.

If an undelivered or lost item is your metric you must avoid all stores as they all do it. You got hurt feelings as you did not get what you want and give the advice of an angry toddler to punish the retailer that did not get you what you want. You do that by trying dissuade someone else from getting the item that you did want at a good price. You want some other SD to take a loss so you feel better. It just makes no sense unless you are coming at everything like kid that did not get the present they wanted when they wanted and now wants no one else to get one.
No harm came to you and you got refunded it is no big deal. Amazon does the same when they do not deliver.
If I would taken the advice of people like you I would be out of some very nice light that I got a very low prices. I would also be out of income generated and cash money. You tell me I should AVOID! buying three, flipping two, and ending up with free light plus extra cash. You tell me I should AVOID! and pay $69 or Amazon to be safe when i am just as safe a when shopping at Aliexpress. Your advice is what needs to be avoided as it it is timid, fearful and emeotonal one that can cost you. I just don't into huff and want to punish them like you do, you are not thinking clearly. When you are just screaming and stomping your feet I am sure long sentences and deeper thoughts are hard to understand but they can help you mature if your just listen and not make up stories that everyone is trying to wrong you.
I try to help you and you refuse it as you want to be emotional and consider me your enemy like you took Aliexpress to the extreme of being completely crooked based on one small data point that only pertains to one order you placed. There are billions of orders going on can you not even imagine that not all are always going to go perfectly?.
If Alexperss was not getting people items I do not think they would be making the profits they do and still be in existence. I shop for value. If I can get something at 50% what it is at other places I will give it a try and so far Aliexpress & Sofirn have come through everytime.
I'm sure at some point I may not get something I want or it might be later than I want but that is no reason for emotional collapse and tantrums and taking up a vendetta when no real was done expect bringing me some very mild feelings of disappointment which most humans learn to deal with at about the age of six.
You are displaying emotions more appropriate to someone running over you kid while drunk. Chill, it is small retail matter that has little or no meaning. If you life and strong emotions are revolving around such you have bigger problems than a late or not coming packages.
I once got a $28,000 new car that was a complete lemon, lost about $10,000 trading it in some months later and managed to stay calm and still had joy and fun in my life.
I lean to self pity yet tried to keep ideas of great victimhood away as they are one of the most devastating of personality traits that will make you a complete mess and completely irrational to the point at you harm yourself. Self pity avails nothing as they say. I did not need to punish anybody or go on tirades and vendettas. I still do not trash the brard as they made good vehicles i just happened to get bad one and had a bad experience while millions of others had perfectly fine ones.
I can amuse myself by trying to drag other into my pity party and be the center of attention telling others of the great woes and injustice I suffered but most people's eyes glaze over. Worse sometimes when telling such tales of woe some other may one up you big time with a story about their kid dying of brain tumor. I think some of the people witte glazed eyes have simala tales of woe but just politely put up with you. Let me tell you that is an awkward place to be and I hate it when that happens. It is like laying down a pair of fives to straight flush.
