How future proof is this? Let's say I want to do AI video editing for upscaling old MP4/AVI vids , or upscale low light to bright light? I'm thinking AI power video editing is going to be even more powerful in 2 years time.

Is the AMD a better deal since it is front page and this Intel processor one is not? I do like the 2TB in this built.

The AMD 7700X and 7800X3D both have higher clock speed than the Intel, which provides faster processing (4.5GHz/4.2GHz vs 2.4GHz). But the Intel has more cores and threads which equal better multi-tasking (20 cores/20 threads vs 8 cores/16 threads). imo more cores/threads make up for the lack of clock speed.

I wouldn't let the additional TB be my deciding factor. You could add the missing TB in any of the two additional m.2 slots for the price difference.
Any deal worth mentioning has expired, but more reason to keep coming back to slickdeals.
As far as which is the better deal...Are you saving more money buying the less expensive thingamabob or saving more money buying the thingamabob with a deeper discount?

Thanks, it even has to be in ALL CAPS, that worked, but lowercase did not:

"We're sorry, eCoupon towerpower25 is not valid or may be expired. eCoupons are case sensitive. Please check your code and try again."

Not sure where you got the info from, but the boost clock on the 265F is 5.3Ghz.

However, it's a bad metric to use these days, because neither processor will constantly run as fast as they possibly can under every circumstance.

There's no such thing as future proof.
