My stance:
If either of my kids didn't already have a desktop for school work (ages 9 and 12), I'd buy this. If they want a better gaming machine, they can get a job. I don't give them tablets--those are for fun. A desktop with a proper keyboard at a desk though--those are for work. And it happens to be able to game.
The graphics card is worth roughly $150, matching an RTX 3050 6GB. Add the rest of the hardware and adds up to around $368. But prebuilt with a Windows key and it's alright.
If you've already got any parts sitting around (RAM, case, PSU) and know hot to build and have time, that's probably better.
Idk, but looks like they maxed out at about seven units. 😐
Of course, the upside to those OEM systems is that they often see even bigger discounting when they're sold in the secondary market.
