This thing is long. Roomate took their shark hair dryer with them so now I'm looking for a suitable brushless motor replacement that won't break the bank.

That's shipped from the US? Link please. This isn't just a normal hairdryer that's shaped like a Dyson. It uses similar technology as a Dyson (notice the hole that runs through the entire head of the hair dryer?).

I think the biggest gripe is that it should have a slower speed to be able to use the brush attachment.

A Dyson wannabe, but for $28 and with all the magnetic accessories/attachments offered, it is worth a try. I have Dyson at home too and will do comparison. Thank you, OP, repped.
