Heads up, this is for a 3"x 3" squat rack. I have a 2" x 2" so wont fit. But good deal

I started lifting in the mid-90s and just learned of this today, interesting. Seems pretty esoteric, though. Limited ROM, complicated setup with a belt. Seems like a hard sell to me when you can just set up a landmine bar and hook the belt to that (plus all the other 20+ squat and DL variants).

Not trying to be too critical at this price, but it does take up useful space...

That's a good price if even for the scrap metal. I'm not sure how they make money shipping this for free

This same brand had severely discounted jammer arms at least 8-9 months ago too. Like $25/$30 iirc. I grabbed a pair. I had to modify my rack and drill holes but they work. I'm taking a chance on this too.

This brand and Fitvids is closely related to amazon, if not amazon itself. I picked this up yesterday for a secondary belt squat device for drops even if the lever arm is pretty short, and I'm keeping watch of their other stuff. They've had some wild price drops.

I have long enjoyed Belt Squats. This is a great price ! However, the only problem with Belt Squats in general is that they often require the lifter to start & end the motion at the bottom position (fully squatted down). Alternatively, you could load the weights on the apparatus while wearing the belt and standing fully upright or use some sort of post to hold the lever-arm up (then kick it out to begin), but this gets a bit awkward as well. Having a gym partner loading weights while you're wearing the belt is the best option 🤣

The product listing title states 'fits all post sizes and holes'. I wonder if that's worth the risk and Amazon will accept return if it doesn't work out on my 2x2 prx rack.

3/8 inch spacer on each side. Washer(s), bushings, drill a hole in wood or plastic. Simple solution unless you need holes (their are pretty easy to drill, though).

Reviews mentioned it working with 2x2 racks also. Worth a chance for 10 bucks. Ordered!

Doesn't mention so just an FYI, it's for olympic plates.
I'm gonna get some just to use as additional plate storage at different spots so I can keep different size plates separate.

At this price, it's a no-brainer for folks that want to try a belt squat.

That said, the problem with these super short (length wise) belt squats is that they naturally have a very steep arc. In other words, you will feel like you are being pulled into the rack on the down motion. The longer the device, the less noticeable that arc is. I personally use a Fringe Sport Mammoth belt squat set to its longest distance and the arc is almost unnoticeable. Granted, it's is MUCH more expensive.

Where does it say "fits all post sizes"?
All I see is fits 3"x3" squat rack

What reviews? There are only 21 and none mention it fitting a 2"x2". As someone mentioned, i'm sure you can make it fit with washers and spacers but dont expect an exact fit.
