You get a refurb or did it seem new?
I bought the refurb, figured if I didn't like it I could return through eBay easily.
Not in original packaging(I think), came in a brown box with each piece in their own smaller box.
Basically looked brand new, didn't even see dust inside the cylinder nor any of the attachments.
You can usually get acceptable replacement heads at Walmart online.
It's a little loud but otherwise I really like it and it was much cheaper than a Dyson.
