Guys, when you clean the back filter on a Dyson, make sure you allow it to COMPLETELY dry before using it again. I made the mistake of not letting it dry fully so when I started the vacuum, the suction pulled the water from the filter into the unit and damaged the circuit board. Allstate refused to fix it due to water damage. I had to replace the entire main unit of the vacuum .

I bought the refurb, figured if I didn't like it I could return through eBay easily.

Not in original packaging(I think), came in a brown box with each piece in their own smaller box.

Basically looked brand new, didn't even see dust inside the cylinder nor any of the attachments.

Have this exact model at home, the brush head is pretty much busted. It is always out of stock for part in Dyson website. Very tempted to get this one and move on

Yea it's basically brand new, you're just missing the pictures packaging. Such a great deal. I got mine few weeks ago during the July sale. I love this vacuum. It motivated me to clean and organized my storage just so I can hang it on the wall lol

You can usually get acceptable replacement heads at Walmart online.

If anyone is looking for a more reasonably priced stick vac, I presently got a new one and decided to get an LG on sale. Got the LG CordZero A9, purchased it from Home Depot.

It's a little loud but otherwise I really like it and it was much cheaper than a Dyson.
