Go to your local furniture stores and see the quality on display. You wont find a couch let alone a sectional for under $1000 that is worth buying. Looking at a cheap bullshit sectional on Wayfair leads you to the $1000-1500 price bracket.

This is great price for the size whoever says otherwise has no idea what cheap and actual high end furniture is like and doesnt mind sitting on wood everytime they go to watch TV

Where else you getting a 2000 sectional with ottaman, let alone a 1300 set? Raymour and Flanigan? Ashley? Would rather anything from Costco than either of R&F nor Ashley near that price.

FWIW, I bought a similar sectional from them in 21 and it's held up very well. Use to work at Art Van before they went under and the build quality was more robust than a clearance sectional AV sold for twice the price. Their return policy is also insane. Absolutely would buy furniture from Costco again without any reservations.

How does delivery on this work? Do they just leave it in front of the door or would they help bring it in?

I believe the product page answers your question?
"Delivery, setup and packaging removal included. Setup is in accordance with manufacturing guidelines so product is ready for intended use."

How does this compare to something like the Thomasville Langdon?

Slightly smaller but we are leaning towards this one considering the cushions are removable and washable. The Langdon has the cushions sown into place, so you can't removed for machine washing. (that is what we have now and why we are looking for a new one)

Bought a bigger version of these + ottoman for $1800 "on sale" at AFW last year ... might want to check them if the ones from Costco are a tad too small for your comfort. I tried sitting on these at my local Costco but felt less spacious than AFW's. Link :

Synergy Home Furnishings manufactures its products in China and Cambodia. They have three dedicated manufacturing facilities in China and one in Cambodia, according to High Point Market. Additionally, they have a smaller presence in Vietnam, Italy, Mexico, Chile, and Hong Kong, as indicated by import data. Their primary focus is on leather and fabric upholstery.
