Switch 2 version runs much smoother but the graphics are mostly the same. I recently signed up for Nintendo online with the expansion pack, and Zelda Notes has revived my interest in this game. When I beat it at about 180 hours I was shocked to see I was only 52% completed. I've been using Zelda notes to find all the stuff I missed. There's no way you can 100% this game without them. The number of Frox, Hinox, and Stone Talus' are insane! Not sure if you can get Zelda notes on the original switch but I definitely recommend it!

Geez, just trying to let people know a way to play the Switch 2 edition with this deal, which significantly improves performance on the original version. Especially since many people here have a year of the expansion pack from the Costco deal.

If you want to play the Switch 2 edition for the rest of your life, probably worth buying that version of the game or paying the upgrade fee.

Yeah, expansion is a service, so you would lose it after you lose expansion. Just like how you get the extra mariokart tracks, you lose that if you unsub even though you digitally "bought" it.
