Yes, but the point is some don't. You have to wonder what they did to avoid that.

My theory is, they used something far worse, that we just don't understand the danger of yet. Prop 66 will address that in 2055.

Only select states have the warning because a law was passed, whereas the disclosure law wasn't passed in the states where it doesn't have a warning. It's the exact same sofa made of the exact same materials no matter what state you get it from.

From what that other poster was saying, some couches on Costco have prop65 warning and some don't.
