Some of the Costco sofa / sectionals say this, but others do not.

My theory is, they used something far worse, that we just don't understand the danger of yet. Prop 66 will address that in 2055.

Only select states have the warning because a law was passed, whereas the disclosure law wasn't passed in the states where it doesn't have a warning. It's the exact same sofa made of the exact same materials no matter what state you get it from.

Looking for a comfy sectional I can both entertain with and nap on, for my screened porch. It would be just slightly exposed to the elements on one side but somewhat protected otherwise, so I'm thinking of going with indoor furniture rather than uncomfortable patio junk. Open to recommendations.

Do you have pollen in the spring where you live? You wouldn't be able to hose this off like you could patio furniture
Better patio furniture might be the way to go.
I bought this and returned it for several reasons.
The couch wasn't very comfortable, the cushions have very little depth so it isnt easy to relax on them, it feels very upright and unnatural.
The biggest issue was with the sleeper section. I intended to have this part pulled out when it's just me and my partner at home to have a more loungey area to sit. When pulled out, the sleeper section creates a significant gap between the end of the sleeper and the other part of the couch. Big enough for remotes/phones to fall in as well as my dogs feet. It was way too annoying to deal with so we returned it.
