My experience was great. I emailed, got reached out, got instructions on what to do next. That didn't work, so sent me warranty parts. It took a while I will admit, but they never ghosted me.
Nonetheless, I wouldn't keep my AD5m stock...
Aftermarket Nozzles are a must (stock nozzles are expensive, and not interchangable), aftermarket plates are highly reccomended (It's a fun printer, get some FUN plates!). I dont think you'll never need to get the enclosure kit. It doesn't seal well, it pops the magnets out all the time (very annoying), and makes the printer more fragile (it's a task to move with the enclosure kit - it's a cool, but i feel a fairly poor design).
Also, the AD5M uses a proprietary hotend, but if you look around you can find 3rd party replacements (~$10) that use standard replaceable nozzles.

Also you'll probably have to adjust the z height as it's about 0.2mm longer. You can adjust the z height, but oddly only during an active print. To do this, I start a print, wait for it to heat up, and then pause and adjust the z height and then see how it is. It was a bit of trial and error to get the best height, and I wouldn't use your best build surface just in case it crashes into the bed. The z height I use is +0.325mm which is 0.325mm lower.

It's not a bambu, prusa, or qidi, but it's a GREAT entry level. A fun starter printer for anyone at any age.
I still feel bad selling mine's, but the bed was too small for me. Otherwise, aside from my few interactions with CS, and the fact I had to tighten my belts at ~100-200hrs, it was a great workhorse for PETG & PLA!
