I have another brand but similar product and used it for a large conference room. I'd say if you're on a lot of meetings that you just have to attend, you can use this and keep the laptop in the office while you move around the house. I usually just transfer to my phone at that point.
The jabra one I have (and another non-jabra labelled but exactly the same) have decent speaker volume and awesome microphone pickup.
I've been using one of these in my home office working remote for a couple years. It's excellent. no more need for headphones. mute integrates with teams and zoom. I recommend it often.
