I have these they are insanely comfortable. I haven't had any issues wearing these. They may take time to get use to the heel if your naturally rest on your heels. But no issue with falling.

I've been in a heel crisis all year and bought these out of desperation. They hideously work. I bought a second pair. Probably need a third. I can see the foam wearing out sooner on them but they took away the pain like instantly. Like woo woo weird level. I've been wearing them exclusively for about a month now.
