mATX case and motherboard. CPU idles around 30-40C and under load never exceeds 80-85C when hitting all 8 cores with a synthetic load.

Just got my order and it's definitely used. Box ripped open, and even the thermal paste is used up with some smeared on the outside of the plunger.

How do I get Amazon to ship new items when I'm ordering new items? And how do I return when there's no option for them shipping used garbage?

Mine was definitely new. Got it in a day and a half. Worked so well I ordered another but I have to wait a couple weeks for it.

I'm glad someone received an actual new item. I'm at a Navy base overseas so shipping takes longer, and it's so frustrating when you've already waited 10-20 days and then you have to return Amazon's garage sale junk just to cross your fingers again and hope that they send a new replacement item.

Amazon has sent me multiples of the same item twice and only charged me for one, but I can't ever remember getting a used item advertised as new.
