I got mine last week. I had a 12 year old 60" Panasonic plasma prior, so this was a big jump up for me. I'm really impressed with the picture quality and have been using it in filmmaker mode. I don't use Web OS since I have an Apple TV 4K. For anyone else thinking of using one with the TV, it fits perfectly in the little input area in the back. Thanks for spotting the deal OP!

I picked this TV up the last time it was this price and it's absolutely fantastic for this price. You honestly can't do better.

Awesome price, but check your zip code with LG Partners. They still have it for $1620 in some areas

So tempting. Pick this one up or wait for a deal on the C4 (83")? Can someone tell me what the material difference is (if any) between the two?

I'm stuck between this and the Sony 90xl, 85" for 600 less. it's going in a basement and we will have control of ambient light, I do expect it to be lights semi on most of the time for operation.

I bought Samsung qn90d 85" when it was on epp sale last month for -1200. Going to be delivered next week. Now contemplating if it's really worth to spend additional 500 for this. Which means I'll get Costco 5 years warranty and an oled. Please advise if anyone have inputs

I'm in the same boat. From everything I've read it seems that the only difference is brightness. Literally the only difference. Everything else is exactly the same. Apparently down to the processor (only applies to the 83"). The 83" has the same A9 chip as the C4 line, whereas the rest of the B4 line gets the A8. So with that said, I might bite on this since the room it's going in is not particularly bright.

Looks like a good deal. Samsung is no go for me. Do not want to deal with their software bugs and no updates. If you plan to use AV receiver I would get LG to avoid frustration with samsung

Does tax free weekend works on online stuff? The limit is like $100 . Does it even work on this?

Starts at $1,899 for me locally, at the one store that still has stock.
This might be the winner

Each state is different but in mine it does and it's anything under 2500 I think for my state so it would
