Unfortunately, this Shop Card promotion was not listed in our usual promo guides we use for confirmation. After a bit of searching, we were able to confirm that this item should have been eligible. I'm so sorry about the trouble with this! I have received the needed approval to have the Shop Card issued manually, it will be sent to your email
