In terms of Omega-3s, these gummies are soooooo weak, they are probably not worth it. Better off with fish oil pills to get lots more Omega-3s (like, 10x more), in addition to a regular multi.

Agreed, weak vitamin profile, weak omega-3 content, 4grams of sugar. Not recommended as main source of vitamins or omega-3.
