Add router to cart, and add the battery as a free gift. When it goes into my cart it shows the router as $107.61 and battery for 91.39.
You should be able to return the battery, or not pick it up and then you'll have the router for $108 plus tax.

I was able to set both items at different pickup locations, but it did warn be about it at checkout.

Posting in the other thread.. if you don't see the promotion, change the attachment to "no attachment" -- should pop up the normal hack window. If not, add to cart then go back, should appear. Was being weird.

Perfect! It worked for me. I was toying with the impact driver combo even though I didn't need it. Much prefer this, and was able to set them for pick up at two different stores.

Add the router to the cart TWICE with a random pickup location. Once with a free tool selected, then again without it. Change the pickup location for the full price tool to desired store. You can then delete discounted router from cart. This will update prices and keep locations seperate.

Over on the right hand side, click on "Shop This Offer" in the section below the price. Then add the battery. They will show up in your cart as separate charges. I think this means they will be shipped as separate units so you can return the battery.

Worked for me. Chose a different store for the battery and cancel the battery after you place the order.

Anyone have a strong opinion on this vs the Dewalt? From the reviews I've seen the Dewalt edges the Milwaukee out, but not sure it's worth the increased cost (having the same debate between the hydraulic impact drivers).

placed order for the router and added the battery by searching for it. not from the list of items. each item has a price next to it now. was able to request each item to be picked up at separate locations.

Didn't have any issues with the hack, although it wasn't the same as in the past. My steps:

Add router in cart with 'No Additional Attachment' for local pickup or shipping.
Go to this link for the battery, select a different store for pick up and add battery to cart

Order page should reflect each item separately with separate prices. Click order.
Go to purchase page select cancel order for the battery.

what's so special about this router? I'm not familiar with their lineup but it seems like they have at least 2 different versions of M18 routers and I don't know which one is better.
