These books and trainings are pointless. I spent my entire career being told how to please other people and communicate until I realized all of that is nonsense. Now I operate on one principle: matching energy. I be nice to people if they are nice to me. If people act up, I act back up. There is no time for nonsense and being mr nice guy. Life is too short. Don't people please.
