180W PSU. Yeah, the new Arrow Lake CPU's are efficient but that's still kind of hilariously low. You have to add it to your cart to see this.

From what I've seen, what you're referring to are mostly the SFF systems that don't have a 7-class CPU and have very limited expansion options by design. This is a mini-tower system with three PCI-e slots for expansion. With that PSU, those slots are pretty useless except for maybe an extra NIC.

Don't do it if you plan on adding GPU. These boxes are tiny.

Considering this doesn't come with a dvd drive your better off going with the tiny form factor PCs. Like minis forum or something. With a ryzen cpu with a significantly better integrated graphics.

That's a good point. I was initially looking at this, but without the ability to expand anything, it's just a needlessly large home for the CPU and you can get a lot of MIni PC for this price.

If I didn't already have a 12th gen cpu of this I'd be all over it. Not good for more than light gaming but I don't do that so it would be fast and long lasting. I have the tiny pc's but they aren't built to hold up for so many years with their tiny fans and not so good heat dissipation. Paired with a 4k monitor and it's gold. Oh yeah but it doesn't come with the power cup holder.

1) 32GB, 1x32GB, DDR5, 5600MT/s

2) 180watt PSU

Otherwise, great specs as a stand alone PC for work and productivity.

There's no way I would try it. You can put a extension cable and make yourself some sort of external rig to house your GPU- I've actually done this, but the power supply is so little that there's no way it would run anything decent.

The Tower Desktop starts at $599 and the slim starts at $499. If the tower is on sale when you need a computer, sure, get the tower.

Again (and yet again), this exact configuration in a mini-tower makes the mini-tower part somewhat useless. Doesn't mean the computer is useless. Obviously it's not a gaming computer, not sure where you came up with that.

Do they still make low power GPUs that can run directly from the Mobo without major power requirements? I can think of the 1050ti but I don't know if there is such a product nowadays.

The tech specs section lists 2 power supply options. How do we know if this one comes with the 180w?

180W Bronze internal power supply unit

No, with a 180w psu and a cpu with a 182w peak, dont even charge your phone using your pc during heavy loads. Kidding a little but there are components beyond the cpu drawing power already.
