I believe this brand or product is at end of life. Replacement parts still sell if needed. I have had my robo vac for two years already with no issues. Have a replacement brush but still haven't replaced the original

Had a neato d5, worst robovac ever. Got stuck all the time, could never find dock, and died after a year. Never again.

Neato was bought out by a European company that offered 5 years of support and keeping the servers on. That was around 2 years ago. Once those servers are unplugged the bot becomes dumb. No maps, no virtual walls, no no-go zones, no schedules, no app, etc. It should still work if you press the button but lobotomized.
