aliexpress customer service is trash, had very bad experience with them, had to call my credit card company for refund, also even if they have warranty they will give hard time or never honor it

it was a different bike yesterday, and at first I got the $415 price using the code "AEUS100" then when checking out the price changed to $598 Ali Express seems sketchy to me + their google reviews are terrible

Hub motors - it doesn't matter if it's a $399 or a $1999 E Bike they are basically the same hub motors and they will fail . Look how thin the wiring going thru the hollow axle narrow opening to the hub motor is, it's 22 gauge wire and some hub motors claim 1800 watts, so 1800 watts at 48 volts is 37.5 Amps going thru paper thin wiring? Just think if your house wiring 16-14 gauge wire is limited to 15 Amps, 12-10 gauge wiring is limited to 20 Amps ....and as voltage decreases on the battery as it discharges the Amps increase !

In my opinion, mid drive motors put too much strain pn the shifter. I would only buy one in a single speed configuration. (Although I am a bigger dude.)

Just buy a new one, it's only $400. What are you expecting from this price range?

The promo code doesn't seem to be working. Am I doing something incorrectly?
