Yeah, it's only got 8gb vram, but my guess is it'll play current titles decently for the next 3 yrs, albeit with 'tuned down' grfx settings as the years go by.
If you're also a console guy like myself, 60fps minimum on this machine for it's shelflife is doable, and certainly higher than that at purchase-thru the next year.

Meh SSD isn't a big deal, this should have a second open m2 slot, so can add a card later if you care to.
I think the real issue is that for a few hundred more you can get a Legion 5 with same/better specs and a OLED screen that is just gorgeous. Obviously if this is the upper end of your budget, this is great, but personally would rather pay a little more for a better build quality gaming laptop with a ridiculous screen.

I agree with an empty SSD slot but it does say on Lenovo site that dual SSD supported.
