this os the ideal home generator for use with genny plug. can run central air with soft start and clean power. test ran mine on propane el, setting up natural gas tap on meter next week

Got it last year spring. Powered house for 3.5 days last year fall no issues. I had non inverter generator before and UPSes were not happy when house was running on dirty power. With this one no issues with any electronics whatsoever.

What is the installation folks are talking about? Is it to install a natural gas line and/or connecting this to power your entire house through circuit breaker?

If you have a natural gas external hookup for a BBQ and want to just plug appliances directly into this (refrigerator, etc), do you need something extra to do the installation? Just don't want to lose food when power goes out for a day.
