After trying the Diveblues model that allows the head to adjust 180°, I can't go back to any form factor that doesn't have at least 90° angle adjustments. The Diveblues is easily my gold standard of any of the battery powered personal fans I amassed this summer. If those have another sub $10 post, I'll grab two more

Agreed. I also have that Diveblues(and another clone thats slightly different) and every single time I have used it ive needed it to have the adjustable swivel. I would never buy another fan without one. Sidenote: I bought my Diveblues one for 10 bucks and left it at a wedding(it was a lifesaver)...I went to buy another one and it was $20. I was annoyed but still 10000000% worth it.

It's $14.53 currently on Amazon and I do agree, swivel is a must.

I have this. The fan, at level 5, produces a noise that sounds like a jet.

Any "turbo fan" which runs very high rpm will produce jet engine like noise. There is no way around it and part of physics. You can also buy non turbo fans which is quieter but won't push air like this turbo fan.

Loud but definitely pushes air.... Nothing else like em, it's like a handheld turbine. Def louder but it's not super loud.

I don't have either but just thinking about buying one. it looks like the other one has a longer neck so when in desk mode, it is at about 30 degree angle so in a normal desk placement, it would probably aim at your head where the one you posted the neck looks much shorter adn in its pic and customer pic it looks at most 5 degree and would aim at your body.

can rotate both way in regard to the handle. seem to be much more useful for a few more bucks.

I'm hot natured and happen to live in South Georgia so I use every fan available if the situation allows it and I won't look like a crazy person. I have neck fans, belt fans, and these small turbo fans and will use all three at once if I'm mowing the yard. I actually put a magnet plate on each of my Diveblues fans and a magnet on the right and left side of my mower. they snap right on and stay exactly where I put them until I take them off.
