Bad title / description saying it's only for Switch. This controller has a switch on the back to switch it's mode between Nintendo Switch, PC, Android, and Steam Deck. It's a great controller, I have used it on Windows 10 and 11 machines with RetroArch and it works good. Even got it working on Ubuntu Linux, also with RetroArch.

If someone has used it for competitive shooters in COD, Warzone, or Fortnite; please comment.

Ultimate 2C is 15$ currently . I'm curious about this as well.

I got the Pro 2 because it feels more accurate with retro controllers with the left d-pad and joystick being swapped.

The 2C feels more like a modern Switch controller replacement. I got the wireless one for cheap with the $18 deal for the pink one. It's great for the price. I got the Pro 2 for retro gaming.

keep in mind the Pro 2 at least in this deal has the Nintendo style button layout vs the Xbox layout, which has the A<>B and X<>Y buttons swapped. So if you're used to the latter it'll trip you up a bit. 8bitdo has a bunch of controllers in either layout.

I bought the 8bitdo ultimate 2c for the switch 2 and is awesome. Switch 2 detected it right away. I like having my analog on top.

For the Switch specifically, both the Pro 2 and Ultimate 2c are great alternatives to the Switch Pro controller. I recently picked up the Pro 2 and it's really a great all around controller. Works with pretty much everything. I did have to update the firmware to get it to connect to the Switch 2.

As someone used to the layout of PS controllers with the D-pad and analog stick configuration, I really love these controllers. They feel good in my hands and work a treat in Windows and Android. I haven't tested them on the Switch yet, but I imagine they will work just as well there.

Depend on the layout. Since im not that retro ps1 area and not like my ps5 xbox layout, I prefer the ultimate 2c for the switch. Retro which requires a dpad. The pro would be better. Just personal preference

FYI thanks to a recent update, if you hook this controller to your pc and load up Steam, it'll recognize your controller and allows you to independently rebind the back buttons
