As an alternative that has less sugar with protein and is gluten free, check out the three wishes brand. Sometimes you can find really good deals on them through thrive or other places.

I wish they would cut it out with that sugar. People that are looking for Protein in the title are not looking for 11g of sugar per serving.
Another sneaky thing to look out for -- iron. A lot of cereals are fortified with massive amounts of iron (lookin' at you, bran flakes). If you get too cereal happy (don't look at my username) then you may unknowingly be going well above the recommended daily limit.
