Nope, the costco one is a step up in quality and is a 4in1 not a 3in1 like this. The costco one is a good deal on sale at 99 bucks several times a year. This, not so much.

This is NOT the same as the one Costco currently carries. That one has an 'assist' mode, which locks in at a fixed angle, which is nice for moving heavy taller/longer objects. See the 3rd picture on Costco's website https://www.costco.com/cosco-4-in...19325.html
That being said. Costco did actually carry this model a few years back. I know because somebody stole my old one and I replaced it with this posted model, purchased from Costco a few years back.
I really like mine, light weight and very sturdy and well built. But I miss the assist mose for the few random times it would have been handy. I'll probably buy the 4 in 1 at Costco and sell my 3 in 1 on Craigslist at some point when they are on sale again.

I don't think this model is worse quality. They are nearly identical, apart from the extra rails needed for the assist functionality. Made from the same material, same load rating and the 4 in 1 weighs only 3lba more (which accounts for said extra rails).
