What makes this dela better than 100 others that show up in search results with near identical designs just maybe a different piece of plastic of cover here and there.

I'm just sad I missed the Costco deal on this thing for $129 must have gone down to $99, if anything take it back so Costco can stop carrying crappy merchandise if enough people return it.
This whole hose and reel business is a big messy situation, there is never a good solution, either ugly and functional, good looking but pain to use, and these retractable reels seems like perfect solution if they work properly and last.
