A similar PowerSpec had CL32 ram (G754), but unfortunately this one is CL36, so they raised the price by $100 and the ram is worse. IBuyPower / CyberPower with 9800x3d are usually CL38 (higher CL number is worse). PowerSpec usually had an advantage over IBuyPower/CyberPower and it still may but the value is less apparent. At this price point I probably will just build myself for much better quality parts. I'll be on the lookout for another month or so to see if a decent prebuilt pops up.

I updated my comment they downgraded the ram from CL32 (G754) to CL36 and raised the price by $100. They are ONLY using PNY for this model but with the prior you could get Gigabyte. With many components being worse than the previous build, can't recommend it. I guess this is a consequence of tariffs but didn't expect such big downgrades on pre-builts along with higher prices.

Edit: I'm sure it's fine for most people but I don't like paying more for a less performant build than the prior model.
