I like mine that I got new (512GB) for $650 last feb when I preordered through Google fi (existing line of whatever level we were at at the time and keep service for 90days, yada yada) definitely a decent price if your carrier of choice does not have a good deal on the replacement. The only thing I would caution would-be photographers about is that it does not do moving subject photos nearly as well as the pixels (shutter speed doesn't speed up after autofocus I vaguely recall) but night vision and the zoom is truly amazing.

Below 700 is a deal. At this price, maybe 512gb would make sense. Samsung Ultra don't hold their value.
