This is one of the most preferable options for top YouTubers, for their extra battery multi-functionality, along with extra large solar charging capacity - even without the main Mega 2 unit.

Definitely worth a look.

I have the non-app version. Really looking into getting this. Gotta find a use for this though

Really good value if you need this particular output/capacity. I tend to go either smaller for single devices or larger for partial home backup, but this could work if you want something in between those two.

Anyone have experience with this model? Looked at the FAQ and manual and didn't see these 2 items

1) Can it be used without the app?
2) If it runs out of battery and then is reconnected to the grid...does it resume in its last mode? Use case, connected to grid, grid goes out and then battery takes over. Extended outage and battery is depleted. When grid comes back, does it have some min threshold before doing passthrough or providing power? Does it resume being "on" as it was before the outage or is it "off" and requires manual intervention?

TIA!

Yep that was me in Jan 2023, Delta 2 for $799. It was a good deal at the time!

would this count fit the federal credit? thinking of using it as an old fashioned UPS while I figure out my solar needs.

nm. it does (if you biubth expansion pack together it over 3kw) and this is also cheaper than the refurbished on eBay..sadly there doesn't seem to be a way to make any of the oupes output 240v to plug into my generator inlet on my braker box but this one will make a great UPS..

It would be hard to even build one of these for the price they're asking. Essentially a 200ah battery + inverter + all the panel mount plugs, wiring (which is expensive now), fuses, MPPT, and inverter and you're over $500 and don't even have anything nearly this stout.
