Minus of pellet BBQs is that is pellets get jammed, your meat is wasted. With electric or gas BBQs, in same case your meat would be done, as pellets are used only for smoke taste...

I have had this exact grill for over a year now and it has been fantastic! No issues whatsoever. It very nice to be able to not only smoke foods, but grill them too.

Anyone know if this unit holds temp well? I'm in the los Angeles area, looking to do an overnight cook if it's able to hold temps.
