Welcome to the world!

Merrell has been around since the 80s and is a very reputable brand in the footwear and outdoorsy retail space.

When it comes to trail shoes, I am generally happy with Merrell.

I do not really know the people's obsession with Hoka to be honest, they are just ok for price,

$200 sticker? Bwhahahahahaha. I wouldn't pay $20 for these. Merrill sucks
Merrell makes amazing trail shoes and hiking boots. Crazy to think otherwise.

I agree. I love Merrell even though they aren't what they used to be. Only tried 2 different style Hokas but both hurt my feet and one caused terrible blisters. But everyone's feet are different. Hoka may be great for some.

For decades, Hoka was the awkward French outcast of the shoe world — weird looking, and built for narrow feet. Now they've become trendy, thanks to their absurd stack height, which makes them a favorite among the overweight. Meanwhile, Merrell quietly remains the king of hiking footwear, the Moab in particular, with its roomy toe box, cushy fit, and Vibram soles, is worn by everyone from Pacific Crest Trail thru hikers to Special Forces. The 55-year-old, 300-pounder with narrow feet? That's your Hoka customer.

I am in love with agility peak 5 series. I have the normal version and the GTX version. And finally I got to try on the BOA version. This is a great price if you are like me.

Yep Merrel is really good, I am wearing one right now as my daily driver. They are more durable than Adidas Nike even Skechers that usually on sale. For me Merrell is really easy to clean, it looks like new even after 2 years of wearing with ocassional washes in between. Totally worth it for the price. I wouldn't say the same with Adidas, even cheap ones.

I bought the Moab's cuz people recommended them on the forum and they were $40. I put them on and they were just amazing. No break in period nothing. They're ugly AF but I don't care. Just generic black suede looking shoes. I went to comic con in them, 5 days of standing, walking, etc. Feet felt fine. Knees were sore but not swollen like they usually are. I bought 3 more pairs.
