How is this vs the RAX54S that is $83? Or the various tp link deco models? Or the eero?

Everything I will use it for is within 10 feet where the router will be on the bottom floor and right up above it within 10 feet horizontally on the second floor.

I really wanted a model that dell sells where I can use my $70+ dell rewards, but I may just buy one frokm amazon or ebst buy and buy something to resell from dell.
