Tried 3 different premium cards and none of them would work with promo code. Any idea which card specifically works?

I know when they offered the recent free 8x10, you could use it on the same account on the website and in the app. Does anyone know a way to order these cards in the app? Clicking through the email offer on my phone just opens a browser, without opening the app.

This is always a great way to make Holiday cards. There are usually 2-4 of these codes between now and Thanksgiving which takes care of the majority of cards we send out.

Did you try creating a 'project' and placing the order via the website, then choose to re-order the 'project' via the app? I don't use the app, but suspect you have the ability to reorder an existing 'project' there so hopefully that will do the trick for you.
