I know when they offered the recent free 8x10, you could use it on the same account on the website and in the app. Does anyone know a way to order these cards in the app? Clicking through the email offer on my phone just opens a browser, without opening the app.

Did you try creating a 'project' and placing the order via the website, then choose to re-order the 'project' via the app? I don't use the app, but suspect you have the ability to reorder an existing 'project' there so hopefully that will do the trick for you.
