Inflate one tire about every 15 minutes or it over heats. Battery life decent for the first couple of months, then downhill fast after that. 5-6 months in it can barely inflate one tire before it's DEAD.
YMMV

There's nothing solid about what you mentioned. Only being able to run it for 60 sec is trash.
Giving one a try---60 seconds should be enough to top off bicycle tires, lawn cart tires, riding mower tires. And it should provide my wife a quick and easy option to air up the kids' bike tires--without having to get my Milwaukee 18V inflator. And at $16, it's near disposable. If it works for those functions, it will be solid.

YMMV
1. All batteries degrade over time. Then you have a door stop.
2. Cheap pumps will overheat at high pressure and longer duty cycle (PV=nRT).
3. Air flow rate is over rated, especially with aging battery pack.
I prefer a high quality hand operated foot pump, like the Bontrager Turbo Charger (version with a rectangular metal base). Its long metal body quickly dissipates heat and delivers +150 psi with ease. There's a knob at the bottom of the pump to dump out water build up after extended use. The pressure gauge is accurate to 1 psi. The only part that wear out after 14 years is the main plunger O-ring, readily available at Home Depot for less than $1.
Use Super Lube synthetic grease to protect the O-ring. The $1 O-ring is just as effective as the leather cup found in Silca pump.
