Worth the $40 price tag IMO. This paddle have good control and great power. I'd recommend edge guard tape and weight as the edgeless design is easy to scuff up.

Dont get a $40 paddle and add $10 edge tape and $10 weights. Its a beginner beater paddle. Play it until it breaks/grit wears/upgrade, no real purpose in trying to keep it immaculate (I cant imagine trying to resell this used).

These are also not edgeless. There blue/green/red sections are a heavy tape/wrap that seals the edge. Their other paddles with the throat hole are.
