Laptop for Architecture Degree

Hi, can you please help me find a deal on a laptop that will be used for architecture classes. The college has the following minimum requirements:
Minimum Required Computer Specification
Processor
i9-12900Hk (24 MB cache, 14 cores, 20 threads, up to 5.0 GHz Turbo) or Higher
Operating System
Windows 11 Pro, English, French, Spanish
Memory
32 GB, 2 × 16 GB, DDR5, 4800 MHz, dual-channel
LCD
17.0" FHD+ (1920 × 1200) Infinity Edge Anti-Glare 500-Nit Display
Hard Drive
1 TB, M.2, PCle NVMe, SSD

6 1675 Bluetooth 5.2 Wireless Card
Graphics Card (discrete)
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX ™ 3060, 6 GB GDDR6, 60 W, 3 DP, HDMI
I found something from Dell that had all these but a different graphics card-NVIDIA GeForce RTXv 5060, 8GB GDDR7, 45W for $2335 using the student discount. Is this graphics card an upgrade from the required?
I'm open to any brand that's reliable. I've tried searching for others but there's always one thing from the list that isn't included.
